Reservations and payment

Reservations become confirmed upon receipt of the full stay amount.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Bancontact

 

A city tax of €5.60 per room per night will be added to the displayed rates.

Cancellation policy

If cancelled by the guest:

​

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.

  • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay will be charged.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

No refund will be granted for late arrivals or early departures.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.45, 11° of the Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date, at a precise frequency, or according to as specific period/schedule. Reservations made at La Maison Chantecler are therefore exclusively subject to the cancellation policy described above.

The opening hours for breakfast, the swimming pool, check-in and check-out, as well as information about other facilities and amenities, can be found online on the homepage..

House rules

To preserve the welcoming nature and tranquillity that make La Maison Chantecler so special, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following rules:

  • All rooms are non-smoking.

  • Meals may not be taken in the rooms.

  • Pets are not permitted.

  • The property is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

  • Out of respect for all guests, please avoid excessive noise after 10:00 pm (music, loud conversations, television, repeated movements, etc.).

  • Guests are expected to behave responsibly in all shared spaces, including the garden and swimming pool.

  • Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents or guardians.

  • The swimming pool is unsupervised.

  • Any damage to the property or inappropriate behaviour may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

La Maison Chantecler enjoys a homely and relaxed environment. Thank you for helping us preserve its peaceful and respectful atmosphere.

Personal data protection

When guests book a stay at La Maison Chantecler (Parksun SRL), the personal data collected is used exclusively for:

​

  • Reservation management, invoicing and payments

  • Communication relating to stays and services

  • Statistics and satisfaction surveys

Data is used internally only and is never shared with third parties without consent.

In accordance with applicable legislation, guests have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of their personal data. Requests should be sent to: lamaisonchantecler@gmail.com.

By booking a stay, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted this privacy policy.

Liability

La Maison Chantecler cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage occurring in the rooms or on the parking premises. Guests are invited to respect the tranquillity of the property and make peaceful use of the facilities.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
