Brussels has two airports :
La maison Chantecler, a perfect situation for a stay in Brussels.
The nearest bus stop to la maison Chantecler is the line 60 ‘s stop Observatoire, 2 min walk.
Among other places, the bus 60 will take you to Place Brugmann (10min), Place Flagey (15min) and Etangs d'Ixelles, to Square Ambiorix and the European institutions (30min).
Changing at Churchill (5min), the tram 3 will take you in 10 min to the Midi Station and in 15 min to the city center (Bourse, De Brouckère, Dansaert, Place Sainte-Catherine and Grand-Place).
Avenue Houzeau (5 min walk from the house) is also the line 38’s stop Houzeau, other option to join the city center. It stops at Place Flagey (10min), Luxembourg Station (30min) and Central Station (40min).
The line 43 (stop Observatoire), goes trough Uccle and Linkebeek, making stops, for example, in Square des Héros and Prince d’Orange.
At Square des Héros, at 20 min walk or 3 bus stops from the house, are other tram lines 92 and 4, ideal to join lots of strategic places in the center of Brussels.

There a three main train station in Brussels:
Midi or South Station: 20 min by car, 30 min by tram (bus 60 and tram 3) ;
Central Station: 15 min by car, 40 min by bus (38);
North Station: 30 min by car
Saint-Job station, much smaller though, is just 10 min walking away. It is quite easy from there to transit by one of the bigger train stations.
Luxembourg Station, also, is 20 min away by car, 15 min by train (from Saint-Job) and 30 min by bus (38).

In Brussels, there is a bicycle rental service, Villo. One of the many Villo! Stations is at just 2 min walking (Avenue Houzeau) from the house.
